Campanha do 34º BI Mec de incentivo à doação voluntária de sangue
Foz do Iguaçu (PR) – No dia 27 de novembro, cerca de 40 militares do 34º Batalhão de Infantaria Mecanizado (34º BI Mec) “Batalhão República do Paraguai” estiveram no hemonúcleo de Foz do Iguaçu para realizar a doação voluntária de sangue.
A doação é uma prática rotineira e bastante incentivada na Unidade, mas foi reforçada pela campanha do Dia do Doador de Sangue comemorado no último dia 25 de novembro pelo hemonúcleo.
O objetivo principal da doação foi a de incrementar o estoque no hemonúcleo do município e manter o banco de sangue em um nível adequado às suas necessidades.
Infelizmente, o número de doadores regulares ainda é bem inferior às demandas por doações no Brasil. Doar sangue é um processo rápido e seguro.
