Capitania Fluvial do Rio Paraná realiza cerimônia alusiva ao Dia do Amigo da Marinha, Amigo da Capitania e Aniversario de 79 anos da Capitania.
O Capitão dos Portos do Rio Paraná, o Capitão de Fragata Niemer Gomes Rickmann, realizou a entrega do Diploma Amigo da Capitania.

A Capitania Fluvial do Rio Paraná (CFRP) celebrou no dia 27 de novembro de 2019 uma cerimônia alusiva ao Dia do Amigo da Marinha, Amigo da Capitania e Aniversario de 79 anos da CFRP. No evento houve a entrega da Medalha Amigo da Marinha a duas personalidades que distinguiram-se no trabalho de divulgar a mentalidade marítima, a defesa dos interesses da Força Naval, e estreitaram relacionamento com a Marinha do Brasil na região Oeste do Estado do Paraná. Destacaram-se também outras doze autoridades locais que contribuíram diretamente para o bom andamento e cumprimento das atividades da Capitania, sendo presenteadas com o diploma de Amigo da Capitania. Após a entrega dos diplomas e medalhas foi cortado o bolo de aniversario e cantado os parabéns pelo septuagésimo nono aniversario da CFRP, com a presença de todos os convidados e seus familiares, junto a tripulação.
A cerimônia foi presidida pelo Capitão dos Portos do Rio Paraná, o Capitão de Fragata Niemer Gomes Rickmann, que realizou a entrega da Medalha Amigo da Marinha e do Diploma de Amigo da Capitania após a leitura da Mensagem do Comandante da Marinha, o Almirante de Esquadra Ilques Barbosa Junior, alusiva ao Dia Nacional do Amigo da Marinha.
Os novos Amigos da Marinha e Amigos da Capitania na região Oeste do Paraná são os senhores e senhoras, Abel Jair Andreghetti, Edgard Soster, Natália Santos, Abel dos Santos Barbosa, Admir Dacorreio, Tiago Bachmann de Brito, Marcos Cristiano Andrade, Manuela Andreis Barbiero, Nicolau Clemente Bach, Luiz Antônio Gênova, Paulo Sergio Cordeiro Bini, Major Antonio Schinda, Mozart Person Fuchs e o Tenente-Coronel Marcelo de Melo Pontes Feliciano. O Capitão dos Portos parabeniza e conta com todos.
